Selecting your entertainment package
Once you have a date and venue picked out we can start the fun part, choosing the perfect entertainment package for your company picnic! All we will need is an idea of what kind of party you are thinking about and our experienced event planners will put together a package to meet your specific needs. This will include a combination of family friendly games and attractions to ensure your entire team has a great time. We have such a large inventory of fun including, bounce houses, rides, games, carnivals, dunk tanks, arcades and so much more! We will help choose the perfect attractions for your specific event and keep making changes until it is exactly what you are looking for.
What to expect on the big day
After all the hard work of planning the perfect company picnic, the big day has finally come. Our crew will show up and begin the setup process. We will have already made a map of where every attraction will be placed to ensure the perfect flow for your guests. Wild Bill’s will have everything setup at least 30 minutes before your guests arrive. Our lead will be in communication during this process and throughout the day. Our friendly team will encourage your guests to participate with their safety as a top priority! We will do our best to keep all the guests entertained and excited for the duration of your company picnic. After the event is over, we will cleanup and remove all attractions from the venue so you can go home and get some rest after a day full of fun and sun!
